Hey Everyone...

Hey Everyone...This is Vanessa. Or also known/nicknamed as Baristacrat. I am learning the art of making great espresso's and trying my hardest to make cool latte art. It's harder than you think! Before I began to work here I never drank coffee. I thought it had a bad taste. But when I was hired I began to try almost every espresso I made. (My first day I think I tired over 100 espresso shot's. And to say the least my body was wondering what the heck was going on.)I now can hardly go a day without a coffee. Our coffee is really great and very fresh. I have learned so much about coffee, its crazy. I never knew that there was so much about coffee.
